先日あぶくりキッチンさんにてHAPPY RECIPE K の1月の教室を行いました。
キムチ作りにはサイズが大きい白菜が合います。
若松産の甘くて美味しい白菜は今とても旬です。
たくさんの数を揃えるのは少し大変でしたが、
おかげさまでとってもおいしいキムチになりました。
台が汚れないようシートをひき、
しっかり塩もみした白菜にキムチの材料を塗り込んでいきました。
なかなか力のいる作業ですが
みなさんお話ししながらとてもたのしそうにされていました。
韓国では11月、白菜が旬を迎える時期に
集まってキムチを漬ける「キムジャン」というイベントがあります。
その時に一緒に食べる定番は牡蠣と蒸し豚のポッサムを食べるのが定番です。
牡蠣は生ではなく牡蠣ご飯にいたしました。
今回は自宅での料理教室もキムチとポッサムを使った料理でした。
自宅の方はテーブルスタイリングなども一緒に行っています。
HAPPY RECIPE Kでは
季節感を感じられるメニューでお料理教室を行なっています。
今回のキムチ作りもまた来年の同じ時期に行いたいと思っております。
ゆず茶づくりなどいろいろと保存食を作るお教室や
テーブルコーディネートなどにふれていただくレッスンなども今後行なっていく予定です。
